Listen: The Vaccines – No Hope

The Vaccines’ 2011 debut was an unbridled joy. So good infact we named it one of the best of the year.

And now they are back in the form of new single ‘No Hope’, which got its radio premiere courtesy of Zane Lowe last night.

It’s noticeably less anthemic than anything on What Did You Expect From The Vaccines?, with the group opting for a more lo-fi sound and some just-about-in-tune vocals from Justin Young.

We like it. Whether or not the beer-swilling, pint-throwing public will agree though is a different matter. A bold step.
